The Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal hears complaints against licensed immigration advisers. It also hears appeals against decisions made by the Immigration Advisers Authority.

Complaints against licensed immigration advisers

Complaints are referred to the Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal by the Immigration Advisers Authority.

If you have a complaint

If you have a complaint, you must contact the Immigration Advisers Authority first. They will then refer your complaint to the Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal.

Complaints against decisions made by the Immigration Advisers Authority

You can appeal to the Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal about a decision made by the Immigration Advisers Authority.

• a decision of the Registrar of Immigration Advisers to cancel the licence of an immigration adviser
• a determination of the Registrar of Immigration Advisers to reject a complaint against a licensed immigration adviser.
