Our Early Learning and Teacher Education program offers stackable certificates and degrees that prepare students to work with children and families in a variety of settings. Students may choose a certificate or degree leading to employment in a family childcare home, center-based childcare program, or child and family advocacy. The Applied Associate of Science-Transfer in Early Childhood Education degree may allow students to transfer to a teacher preparation program (K-12). Students enrolling in the following courses: ECED& 120, ECED 191 and ECED 192, will be required to complete a background check and submit immunization records indicating TB and MMR clearance. Costs of obtaining these documents/tests may vary and more information will be provided when requesting a Permission Code to enroll in any of those courses. You may request a Permission Code by emailing: workbasedlearning@bellevuecollege.edu. Include your ctcLink ID# and where you will complete your practicum hours or if you need help in finding a placement.
